Acknowledgements

The Gold Rush Planning Committee acknowledges the contributions of community members and friends of McCormick who assisted with the return of our annual festival. Current reconstruction in the downtown area warranted the need to find an alternate location for the 2025 Gold Rush Festival.

Special thanks goes to the in-kind services provided by committee members, Matt Hardy (Hardy Foundation) for the use of Matt Hardy Field for the event and Al Bell (Macktown Radio) for in-kind advertisement on the Macktown TV homepage. We would also like to acknowledge Sandra Sherman (Eclectic Captures) and Karen Bruder (Bunnyworks) for providing historic photos and resources to create our website and advertisement resources for Gold Rush.
